Does a location page make my business eligible for Maps?
No. Eligibility depends on the actual business and Google's current rules. A remote agency cannot create a US business location merely by adding a city page.
Can you guarantee first place or a number of leads?
No. The proposal defines research, implementation and measurement work. Search rankings and commercial outcomes depend on competition, website quality and the actual business.
Should every city have its own page?
Only when the page has a distinct useful purpose and accurate coverage. Improving existing service information may be better than publishing repeated city-name pages.
