A dated design is only one reason to redesign. Visitors may struggle to find your services, forms may fail, or your team may find the editor difficult to use. We review these problems before recommending a focused refresh or a wider rebuild.
SCOPE BEFORE COMMITMENT
A redesign quote separates layout work, copy preparation, custom features, licences and ongoing support. Existing pages are retained when useful. A new visual design alone cannot guarantee more traffic or inquiries.
PREPARE FOR A USEFUL REVIEW
Share your current website, the customers you serve and the action you want them to take. Identify important pages to preserve and the problems that matter most, such as confusing services, broken mobile layouts or missed inquiries.
Identify who supplies and approves the copy, logo, photos and other assets. Mark content to retain or rewrite. We separate content preparation and licensed assets from layout work in the proposal.
Include forms, bookings, store functions and connected tools, plus who will edit the website after launch. Share your timing, budget range and timezone so the scope and review arrangements can be agreed.
If the design still fits your business and the problem is limited, a focused fix may be enough. Review WordPress speed optimization or website fixes and care before committing to a wider redesign. Please keep passwords out of the initial inquiry.
THE DELIVERY PROCESS
Identify the pages, forms and integrations that matter to your business. Use available analytics and search data to inform which URLs and content need protection.
Map the sitemap, page messages and conversion path. Confirm content ownership, functionality, revision scope and launch responsibilities.
Develop the agreed layouts in a draft or staging environment. Test real content at mobile, tablet and desktop widths before sign-off.
Approve a backup and deployment plan. Check live forms, redirects, metadata and assets after launch, then agree any further care.

Where Elementor is already suitable, reusable sections and native controls can preserve an editing workflow. Builder changes are agreed after reviewing the existing setup.
Page count, content readiness, integrations, migration needs and custom functionality determine the quote. Premium tools and recurring costs are discussed separately.
We inventory useful URLs and plan redirects where needed. Metadata, internal links and indexability are checked, but search performance can change and is reviewed after launch.
